Who Are Alethia?

Alethia Ltd was established by Declan Barry.

Declan has over 20 years experience with ICI and Du Pont and others. He gained a wide and deep range of experiences of Business, Manufacturing, Research, Human Resource Development and Employee Relations roles . This included the design and implementing of major changes in ways that were sustainable, as well as transformational.

He added to this considerable practical experience an MSc in Organisation Consulting at Ashridge, as a key part in developing his own capability to learn, coach, consult and change.

He has been involved in developing a dynamic web of relationships with others, and organisations such as the LSE, and Durham Business School, such that Alethia continues to develop both its practice and the theoretical frameworks that underpin it.

Alethia can thus deliver an offering that is uniquely designed and crafted to meet the specific needs of each client.

Declan’s particular areas of interest are Appreciative Inquiry, Complexity, and Dialogue.

Alethia has ready access to outstanding associate expertise in the areas of Competencies, Psychodynamics and Project Management, and the capacity to resource large scale projects and processes, wherever they may be located.
