Alethia has developed and delivered consulting and coaching work with clients: Individuals, Professional Partnerships, Regional Businesses, and Global Organisations such as DHL and Reuters. In parallel Alethia has undertaken not for profit work with Anchor Housing Trust, Arts and Business, Prison Dialogue and the Regional Stewardship Initiative, Northern Ireland.

We seek to work collaboratively, and flexibly with others, and have worked alongside the approaches associated with large scale change programmes so that they can be adapted for use in living and dynamic systems.

We seek to work with the whole, rather than to fragment and divide,and to develop adaptive capability in clients that is self- sustaining.

Natural Conversation, listening, combined with suspending both belief and disbelief are the heart of what we seek to develop.
