We provide coaching and support that enables management to be experienced as competent during periods of high uncertainty. We co-design and facilitate workshops where diverse stakeholders are brought together and enabled to create an owned and enduring view of the future they are committed to enacting. We can provide interim support to enable the organisation to cope with major disruptions such as mergers, acquisitions, and divestments, such that the business operates effectively during such transitions. We offer a systemic perspective for what is beyond and beneath the presenting problem, so that a holistic perspective can be shared with the individual, team or organisation, and options created for resolving them. We share our experiences and learning with those facing crisis and challenge, such that their confidence is enhanced and developed. We seek to retain a Beginners Mind, open to the new possibility in each situation and conversation, and thus generate adaptive approaches for each. We incorporate extensive and in-depth experience of the frameworks within which acquisitions, mergers, and divestments need to be managed so that they comply with employment law, and employee relations practices. We support and advise, and if appropriate design, the frameworks necessary for organisations and individuals in crisis to be able to cope with and resolve them. We
